Dear members of the Able Studio team, friends, and clients,
As the CEO and Chairman, I am thrilled and grateful to share an important announcement with all of you. Recently, the UI/UX and development teams of ABLE will be merging with SYSTEX(TPE: 6214). This is an exciting moment as we join forces with a larger team, paving the way for future growth and development.
First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each and every team member who has contributed to ABLE over the past six years. Your hard work, talent, and dedication have been key to our success. Together, we have faced numerous challenges and achieved remarkable accomplishments, creating outstanding works and solutions. Whether in the realm of design or development, your expertise and creativity have brought our clients exceptional experiences and results.
I also want to extend my sincere appreciation to my friends and partners. Over the past 6 years, you have believed in and supported ABLE, collaborating with me to achieve many proud projects. Your trust and cooperation have been the driving force behind ABLE's growth, and I am honored to have stood alongside you in pursuit of our goals.
This merger will bring ABLE more opportunities and resources, elevating its capabilities and influence to a new level. ABLE will learn, collaborate, and grow together with SYSTEX's outstanding team, providing clients with comprehensive solutions and services. ABLE will continue to embrace challenges with excellence in design quality and innovative thinking, creating value for our clients.
I will be stepping down from my role as Chairman and CEO, and the company's operations will be entrusted to other partners. This marks a new era, and I have great confidence in the future of the company. Under new leadership, I believe we can achieve even greater accomplishments.
While ABLE's UI/UX and development teams are merging wholeheartedly, other partners of ABLE will continue to expand the company's other areas of business, including architectural design, interior design, product design, and more. With diverse expertise and skills, the new team will provide clients with comprehensive solutions and services. I believe this merger will bring ABLE more opportunities and growth.
I understand that some may have concerns about ongoing projects and contracts. I want to assure you that these projects and contracts will still be serviced by ABLE. I will personally ensure the smooth progress and delivery of these projects. I will maintain close communication with our clients and ensure their needs are met.
Lastly, I want to express my sincere gratitude and best wishes to every team member at ABLE, as well as our friends and partners. You are integral to this company, and our success would not be possible without your support and efforts. We will continue to provide a great working environment and development opportunities, allowing you to showcase your talents and achieve your dreams.
