POC is a literary agency established at the end of 2014.

We firmly believe that CONTENT can generate various forms of communicative power and enhance the exchange between Taiwan and the world. 內容力（Power of Content）是由一群擁有豐富東亞跨國生活經驗的人文社會學者所組成的新興「內容策劃」團隊。我們相信「內容」能產生各種形式的溝通力量，並且促進東亞區域內的相互理解與發展。因此，內容力不囿於既有產業類別的限制，致力於挖掘能跨越語言、文化、國境限制，並引發人們共鳴的好故事（「內容企劃」），再經由專業團隊在製作、編輯、轉譯、代理授權等方面的努力，跨越「內容流通」的障礙，最終開發出具有文化內涵與市場價值的多元化「智慧財產」（Intellectual Property，簡稱IP），為台灣與東亞區域內的文化交流與內容產業發展貢獻心力。
