寫寫字 採編學堂 每年底10-12月開課，
教授10個花蓮在地年輕人學習採訪編輯，然後以出版、?

2014年成立的「寫寫字工作室」，希望出版「每個人都可以說故事」的作品。

這樣的出版想法，源自於花蓮一位BD農法的農場主人，他說想要「活得像一棵樹」。
他說，樹茁壯後，鳥蝶昆蟲需要大樹的滋養，自然會靠近，形成一個豐富多元的小生態系。他不需要大聲鼓吹別人學習種植與生命的道理，只要安靜地做好農夫的工作，事情就會發生。

「寫寫字」也要安靜地做好編輯的工作，故事自己會長出力量。
