50/50 Sport Factory was birthed out of a genuine desire to help youths mold themselves and encourage their peers through sport. By introducing our initiatives and involving all youths nationwide, we are providing a community that will boost positivism and productivity. Using sports as a common ground, we see this as a very creative way to help cultivate and produce very confident and assertive you

ng people who will perpetuate this cycle. Through community development projects, youth rooms, sports camps, mentorship and scholarship programs, homework rooms (to name a few), youths can have a safe haven to gravitate to and work with each other. Thus creating a new approach in communication and a brand new type of youth.

Today is definitely a sad day, as we mourn the loss of a great man. An amazing father, a champion of youth, a role model to so many young men, a ray of sunshine and a bag of laughter. For anyone involved in school football/ SSFL, Roger Romain aka Monty, was an undeniable presence.

Feom 50/50 Sports Media, we offer condolences to his children, mother, siblings and family. You will surely be missed! Rest in eternal peace 🙏
