The business was formed because we felt that in the industry customer satisfaction and service was no longer a priority. We opted to change that by limiting the number of clients we serviced, giving fu
ll attention and priority to the ones we selected. Producing a service that would rival world-class competition for the small to mid-sized business. The company has realized significant growth and now enjoys a wide range of clients in our local market. We are recognized for our excellent and prompt customer service as well as our unrivalled timeliness. Our Operations Director has over 18 years’ experience as a senior graphic designer and document specialist. Narissa oversees all projects from concept to completion, and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by Digital Xpressions Ltd. She has proven skills in understanding the needs of the individual client and translates these into effective marketing tools. Although Digital Xpressions started out our mission and vision as a graphic design company, we have diversified our services to include ICT solutions. Kayoum Ali, is an experienced Telecommunications Consultant and has worked within a variety of industry sectors providing voice, data and ICT solutions to clients. A seasoned entrepreneur, he frequently consults for ISP’s and large co-operations on their customers infrastructure needs. He believes that in a competitive market the quest for success lies in customer service. The excellence of customer service enjoyed by our graphic design clients will now be extended to all our ICT customers.
