Our founder, Mr. Matamoro grew up in Paramin, Trinidad and Tobago. A place where hard work is extremely familiar and family ties are even more so. This mentality flows through every aspect of the business as we are meticulous in every production. We come from a very laid back society where a lot of providers take little to no pride in their work, frustrate their clients with run-around, lack empathy and in the end produce a very poor product. We are 100% against that. That's why we encourage communication. We've seen how scared clients are to give us their budget because they've been hurt in the past. That's why we listen. We listen and allow you to express what you want and work within your budget to the best of our ability. We've completed productions in Grenada, Guyana, Rome and Ireland with organisations such as CARDI and the GFAR. This gave us valuable experience in "run and gun" style shooting, a powerful tool in this fast paced environment. We are also versed in mobile content creation and if you see our founder feel free to ask him for some tips with taking mobile photos, he's always willing to help.

Rules of Business

Emails are the preferred way of communication. Therefore if you have a request, need changes done to a project or anything else, simply send an email. This ensures that we receive the message (phone calls can be missed, whatsapp messages can be deleted accidentally) and there’s a data trail for security purposes on both ends.

Direct bank deposits are the preferred way of payment. Due to our current crime situation, face to face meetings are reserved for non-financial interactions only and must be held in public spaces.

Book your projects at least 14 days in advance. We usually schedule out our months so that every client gets their product completed on time. If you need a rushed job there’s a fee attached based on the amount of work required and the time in which you need it done.

You are allowed 3 changes to every draft. Additional changes have a fee attached depending on the amount of work necessary. We recommend that you are detailed in your emails with respect to the changes you want to avoid any wasted time on both our parts.

Please research our brand before booking us. We have a specific style and though we are flexible to meet our clients needs we try our best to stay within that style.

Our prices are very competitive and our product is of a very high international standard. We are flexible to some degree but please note that adjusting our prices can be disrespectful to our other clients.

Please respect our business hours. We are open 9AM - 5PM. If you call or message after these hours a response will be delivered the following working day.
