ACCESS MEDIA ACADEMY aims to be a leading media and communication educator in the Caribbean broadcast and media environment.
AMA exists to train and educate our students to grow and develop into high-performing professionals in their fields. We prepare them to find/create employment and fulfil their professional dreams.

AMA is changing the quality of media and broadcasting. We train individuals to be intelligent, transparent and fair. We encourage critical thinking, proper preparation and professionalism. Our speech training develops presenters that communicate effectively and clearly while maintaining their own authenticity. They are easy on the ear and engaging. They sound different. Part 2. And then, the doors of were opened. There to welcome us was another familiar voice, veteran announcer, Ms. Joanne Noel. Thank you for the warm reception, opening up the microphone to give a student the chance to speak live on air! And for engaging the students in an impromptu educational segment. We enjoyed it!!! It truly was a privilege for us to be there to hear/see you.

Part 1. Yesterday, some of our recently graduated students were able to attend a field trip to OCM. They visited, W107.1FM, RED96.7FM and i95.5FM. The latter was extra special as one of our students, Raquel, is totally blind. Her life changed about a year and a half ago after being struck in the head by a stray bullet. Added to that, the veteran announcer on the shift, who we were able to witness in action is also blind. Thank you Mr. Anthony Tom aka, "Storming Tom" for facilitating us and being so open and enlightening us about your journey. Thank you to for making it all happen. Special shout out to the management and staff at OCM as well for the warm reception.
