منال مراد مُؤسِّسَة 'الشركة الناشئة السُّكري'، أطلقت التطبيق
للتوعية بالمرض...
شهر نوفمبر كان استثنائي، نظّمت منال يوم توعوي بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للسّكري مع الكشافة في الحمامات، وين حضرو أكثر من 750 شخص عملو فحوصات واستشارات مجانية😉👌
من أجمل اللحظات كانت 'شجرة البصمات'، تتمثل في لوحة فنيّة، وكل مشارك عمل بصمتو عليها كرمز للتضامن💪
الحدث كان فرصة كبيرة لدعم المؤسّسة الناشئة هاذي، ومنال مازالت تخدم بشغف وعزيمة لتحقيق المزيد في المستقبل🌟💙

November was special, she organized an awareness day for World Diabetes Day with scouts in Hammamet. Over 750 people came for free check-ups and consultations😉👌 One of the best moments was the 'Tree of Fingerprints,' a beautiful art board where each participant added their fingerprint as a sign of solidarity 💪 This event was a big step to support the foundation. Manel keeps working with passion and determination to achieve more in the future 🌟💙

منال مراد، بش نحكيو على مشروعها "السُّكري" الّي بداتو بشغف وهدف واضح: مساعدة الناس والتوعية بمرض السكري. الهدف من المشروع هو أنهم يقدمو إرشادات طبيّة وموثوقة، ويوعيوْ الناس بكيفية الوقاية من المرض وكيفاش نتعاملو معاه بشكل أفضل. قررت منال تشارك في برنامج فورتيفايد باش تلقى دعم إضافي وتوجيه يساعدها على التطوّر...

Manel Mrad started her "El Sokari" project to help people and raise awareness about diabetes.
The project gives trusted advice and teaches people how to prevent and manage the disease. She joined the 40FIED program for extra support. In the program, Zhaïra gave her great ideas and advice to grow her project👌
Among the main things she achieved during the coaching phase : Manel won awards at “ Le Forum Régional du Crowdfunding “, launched her application, and organized awareness events for early diabetes screening.
She is a strong example of a woman working to achieve her goals and providing the best for the community 💪😊

من قعدات و حكايات كبار العائلة، تعلمت المسؤولية والنضج في سن صغير.
اليوم، زهيرة البناني تحكيلنا على الصعوبات إلي واجهتها في حياتها، كانت مفتاح تكتشف بيه شغفها مع عالم الكوتشينغ. إلي تعلمتو وبناتو من صغرها خلاها تكتسب مهارات استثمرتها في مهنتها. ورغم أنو خدمتها تتطلّب برشا طاقة سمع وفهم، زهيرة تلقى وقت تطوّر روحها وتزيد من معرفتها، باش تقدّم دعم أفضل وتعاون الناس بطريقة أحسن... تأمّن إنو القوة الحقيقية في الكوتشينغ هي تكون قريب للناس، تحس بيهم وتفهم قلقهم وصعوباتهم، وتوريهم الطريق من غير ما تفرض عليهم قرارات...
بالنسبة ليها، الكوتشينغ هو طريقها إلّي بش تكمل فيه، وإلّي بش تلقى فيه الرضا والسعادة،
وتخلّي بصمة إيجابية في حياة كل حدّ يقابلها...
