Homemade Thai flavor ice-cream! Tried the Larb ice-cream. It was amazing! Next will be the Papaya Salad with fermented fish sauce! Definitely a must try if you visit PakChong or Khao Yai. 🇹🇭

Well, its that time where we say thank you and “see you later” to our first group of volunteers. Jan, Simon, Ann, thank you for all the hard work you’ve put in on the farm! I’m very thankful for all the work and maintenance that I’ve been able to catch up on. Safe travels friends until we meet again!
