Broiled Lobsters with Lemon Herb Butter recipe.

Recipe:
- 3 lobster tails.
- 100 unsalted butter, softened.
- 1 lemon, zest.
- 2tbsp parsley, finely chopped.
- 1 cloves garlic, minced.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Lemon wedges to serving.

Instruction:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Use kitchen shears to cut lobster tails lengthwise through the top shell and flesh, stopping at the tail.
- Mix butter, lemon zest, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl until combined.
- Spread lemon herb butter over the lobster flesh.
- Place lobster tails flesh side down on the grill.
- Grill for about 6 minutes or until opaque and lightly charred.

Ingredient:
- 300g. Squid.
- 7 longyard beans, cut into pieces.

- 2tbsp curry paste.

- 1tbsp seasoning powder.
- 2tbsp light soy sauce.
- 1-2tbsp curry paste.

- 4tbsp vegetables oils.

Instructions:
- Preheat a pan too heat on medium-high.
- Pour vegetables oils into.
- Add curry paste into and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add longyard beans unto, stir fry.
- Season with sugar, seasoning powder and light soy sauce.Stir until well blended.
- Remove the skin from the squid, cut into diagonal strips and cut into bite-sized pieces.Add to stir fry.When the squid is cooked, turn off the heat immediately.

- 2-3 tomatoes, cut in to pieces.
- 1 asia olive fruit, ripen and wedges.
- 1-2 tbsp fermented fish sauce.
- 5-6 tbsp fish sauce.
- 1tbsp sugar.

Instructions:
- Pound chilli with longyard beans is fine.

Mackerel in tomatoes sauce salad recipe.

Ingredient:
- 4 can mackerel in tomatoes sauce.
- 3tbsp lime juice.
- 10 chilli,chopped.
- 2-3 lemongrass, chopped.
- 5-6 shallots, chopped.
- 3tbsp parsley, chopped.
- 3tbsp fish sauce.
- 3tbsp sugar.

- 200g. Lettuce, a side dishes.

Instructions:
- Open the can of mackerel and put it in a pot and boil over medium heat for 5 minutes.Put it aside for now.
- Mix sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice together.Add chopped lemongrass, chopped shallots, and coriander and mix well.
- Pour the canned mackerel into a plate.
- Pour the sauce over it.
Serve with lettuce and a various vegetable as you desire.

Baked garlic butter loster recipe.

Ingredient:
- 2 lobster tails.
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter. Melted.
- 3 cloves garlic. Minced.
- 1tbsp lemon juice.
- 1tsp paprika, smoked.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Fresh Parsley.
- Lemon wedges.

- 1/2 lb sea scallops, patted dry.
- 2tbsp unsalted butter.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1tbsp olive oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Fresh parsley, sprig.

Instructions:
- Cut through lobster shell, pull meat out but keep attacked.
- Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper, to well. And brush over lobster.
- Broil lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes, basting halfway.
- Put the lobster meat back in the shell. And broil for about 3 minutes for shell to golden.
- Garnish with parsley.

Prpare sear scallops:
- Heat oil, season scallops, and sear 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Set aside for now.
- Melt butter and garlic in pan and coat scallops in it.

Stir-fried high heat with noni leaf over rice and a fried egg.

Recipe:
- 100g. Noni leaf,Young.
- 3tbsp olive oil, extra virgin.
- 1tbsp light soy sauce.
- 1tbsp seasoning sauce.
- 1tbsp fish sauce.
- 1tbsp sugar.
- 2 cloves garlic, grind.
- 2 chilli, shredded.

Instructions:
- Choose young noni leaves, wash them clean, and cut them into coarse strips.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add crushed garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.Then add the noni leaves and mix well.
- Add in the dried chili and season with fish sauce, light soy sauce, seasoning sauce and sugar.
- Scoop onto rice immediately and serve with a fried egg.

Rice cooking instructions for this recipe:
- Scoop 2 cups of rice into a pot and wash thoroughly with clean water.
- Add 3 cups of fish stock and press cook.When the rice is cooked, it will be cooked rice that is rich in nutrients, suitable for those who have knee problems due to old age.

Lobster thermidor recipe.

Ingredient:
- 2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped.
- 1/4 butter.
- 1/4 heavy cream.
- 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded.
- 1tbsp Dijon mustard.
- 2 eggs yolks, beaten.
- Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions:
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter. Stir-fry the heavy cream, mustard and egg yolk until thickened.
- Add the lobster and cheese and mix until the cheese melts.
- Put into the lobster shell and grill for 5-6 minutes until the lobster shell turns golden.
- Sprinkle with paprika,thyme minced and lemon wedges before serve.

Southern Stir-fried pork with yellow curry paste.

*Ingredient:
- 250g. Pork, minced.
- 1 1/2 yellow curry paste.
- 1tbsp lemongrass, chopped.
- 1 large red chili, chopped.
- 1tbsp kaffir lime leaves, Chopped into thin slices.
- 1tbsp peppercorn, young.
- 1tbsp fish sauce.
- 1/2 seasoning powder.
- 3tbsp water.

**Instructions:
- Mix minced pork with yellow curry paste and lime leaves, lemongrass and chopped chili.
- Heat a pan over high heat, add the minced pork mixed with seasonings and stir-fry until cooked.
- Add in fish sauce and pepper.
-Add water to make it easier to stir-fry.Continue to stir-fry until cooked and dry.
- Scoop into a plate and serve with fresh vegetables as desired.

***Yellow curry paste ingredients:
- 1tbsp black pepper.
- 1tbsp kosher salt.
- 2tbsp galangal, minced.
- 2tbsp lemongrass, chopped.
- 1/2 kaffir lime skin, minced.
- 2tbsp bird's eyes chilli. Chopped.
- 2tbsp garlic, chopped.
- 2tbsp shallots, chopped.
- 2tbsp turmeric, chopped.
- 1tbsp shrimp paste.

****Instructions:
Pound all ingredients in the recipe until fine.This recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for three days.
