The 🇺🇳 UN Committee on the Rights of the Child confirmed the adoption last Friday of its 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 26 𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐬 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞...

⚖ ⚒ This authoritative statement concerning the scope of States legal obligations could be a really powerful tool for legal advocates. We really look forward to its release this July.
