PinoyThaiyo Emblazing Filipinos in Thailand and Abroad Welcome to the page of PinoyThaiyo, the first and only Filipino online magazine in the Kingdom of Thailand.

Pinoy Thaiyo aims to raise awareness of various issues, trends, practices and other events that are of significant importance to the Filipino community in Thailand first and foremost as well as Filipinos in other parts of the world. By having the magazine published in English, we hope that it can also serve as a tool for other nationalities to see the Philippines in a more positive light and gain

a better understanding of Filipinos in general which will ultimately lead to their appreciation of our culture. The name Pinoy Thaiyo came as a result of a play on words that had both Filipino and Thai in them. “Tayo” which is the Filipino word for “We”, had its spelling changed to make it both unique and easily remembered.

"The crackdown limits repeat 90-day visa-exempt entries to deter unlawful activities like cybercrime and money laundering."

Thai tourism operators are urging the government to publicise updated immigration rules following an increase in traveller denials, specifically concerning the tightening of 'visa runs'.

The crackdown limits repeat 90-day visa-exempt entries to deter unlawful activities like cybercrime and money laundering.

The Thai Hotels Association (THA) is demanding clear communication about the two-run limit and clarification on denials to prevent tourist confusion and speculation. They advocate for a predictable pre-screening system, mirroring South Korea, to improve entry efficiency for visitors.
