CHICKEN RECIPE
For the marinate
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Lemon juice
Garlic powder
Chilli flakes
Salt
Pepper
Dried Parsley

METHOD
Mix the marinate ingredients
Add the chicken pieces (aprox 1kg) and coat the chicken evenly.
Place the chicken in the airfryer
Cook 9mins on each side.

Recipe for chunky chips
Chunky chips
Peel and slice potatoes into chunky wedges
Place in water add salt and boil for 5mins
Drain and then season with garlic powder, paprika, and drizzle olive oil.
Cook in the airfryer on both sides.

WOULD YOU EAT THIS? ENCHANTED GARLIC BUTTER STEAK WITH CREAMY MASHED POTATOES 🥩🍟

Ingredients:

For the Steak:

2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Creamy Mashed Potatoes:

4 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

For the Mashed Potatoes:

Place the peeled and cubed potatoes in a large pot. Cover with water and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the heavy cream, butter, and sour cream. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm.
For the Steak:

Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large oven-safe skillet, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic, fresh thyme, and rosemary.
Once the butter is melted and fragrant, add the steaks to the skillet. Sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until a golden-brown crust forms.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and continue to cook the steaks to your desired doneness, about 5-7 minutes for medium-rare.
Remove the steaks from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
To Serve:

Plate the creamy mashed potatoes and top with a juicy garlic butter steak. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter from the skillet over the steaks.
Garnish with chopped fresh chives if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!

Get Ready to Spice Things Up with Our Exciting Cajun Shrimp Scampi Recipe!

Ingredients :

12 raw shrimps (as many as you’d like, I like having a lot in my pasta)
1 serving of pasta (preferably a linguine)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbs. butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
shredded parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
flour (to thicken)
cajun seasoning
1/4 c. parsley
White wine (not shown)
olive oil (not shown)



Directions :

Heat a saucepan on medium-high heat. Add the butter, a drizzle of olive oil, and a dash of white wine and bring to a boil.
Add the garlic and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the shrimps.
Next, season the shrimps with the Cajun seasoning., be generous (to your liking)!
When the shrimps are pink on one side, flip them and cook for another minute and remove them from the pan, leaving the liquid.
Add the heavy cream, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and whisk in sprinkles of flour until sauce thickens.
Lower heat to medium-low and add shrimp again.
Toss shrimp to coat with sauce, and serve over pasta. Topping with parmesan cheese,
and ENJOY!

Scrambled Egg Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:
4 slices of bread (your choice of bread)
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese)

Preparation:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are scrambled and cooked to your desired consistency. Remove from heat.
4. Preheat a separate skillet or griddle over medium heat.
5. Take two slices of bread and place a generous amount of shredded cheese on one side of each slice.
6. Spoon the scrambled eggs onto one of the bread slices, on top of the cheese.
7. Place the other bread slice, cheese side down, on top of the eggs.
8. Place the sandwich onto the preheated skillet or griddle and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
9. Remove the sandwich from the skillet and let it cool for a minute or two before slicing it in half or serving it whole.

Beet and Mozzarella Salad with Arugula and Balsamic Dressing

Ingredients

Balsamic Dressing
1 cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup honey or brown sugar
Salad ingredients
1.5 lb red and golden beets cooked, peeled, diced into small cubes
5 oz arugula or spinach
6 oz fresh Mozzarella cheese pearls

Instructions

Salad Dressing - Balsamic Glaze
In a small saucepan, heat balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat.
Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat to simmer, and cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens and reduces by about half (about 10 or so minutes).

Remove from heat and pour the balsamic glaze into a heat-proof bowl to cool off. The glaze will get thicker as it cools off.

Consistency should be thick enough to coat the back of the spoon but should not be overly thick.
Alternatively, you can simply mix ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar + ¼ cup of honey and use that as a glaze.

Salad assembly
This recipe uses cooked beets. I highly recommend that you pre-cook the beets 1 to 3 days in advance. See notes below on how to roast the beets in the oven or how to boil them.
I prefer to arrange the salad in individual bowls for presentation purposes. It's especially essential for a beet salad as beets tend to color everything they touch purple.
Add arugula to each individual salad bowl or a plate. Top with diced cooked red and golden beets. Add fresh Mozzarella cheese ("pearls") on top. Drizzle with the balsamic glaze or dressing. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
