Visiting @siamsportspro Tennis Academy Phuket was an important highlight for me, especially since I’ve been doing work for them remotely.🙌🏽
After drinking a delicious cup of Caramel Macchiato at @courtsidecafeandsports, my client (@auxientius) took me for a tour around premises.💫
@siamsportspro, together with @qav_life, have huge plans in property, sports and wellness development. As you can see, construction is still underway.
This Tennis Academy is currently a hotspot for tennis professionals & players of all levels and ability. The thing that separate them from other tennis centers in Thailand is their unique set of tennis courts.🎾
SiamSportsPro boasts @laykoldcourts which utilizes an acrylic surface that resembles world-class tennis courts like the US Open.🏆These are the first courts of its kind in South East Asia!🤯
If you’re an avid tennis player from any part of the world, this is a great destination to train.💪🏽

I admit to feeling unmotivated, uninspired, and just down-right lazy. But I know what I want out of life… So, how do I change this?
It’s actually really simple. All it takes is your love, commitment and consistency. Let me guide you through it by sharing my personal example.
This is how I’ve adjusted my behaviour:
👉🏽 Find Your First Love
You and I both know that there’s something you really love to do! Whether it is art & design, cooking food, or perhaps making music. It’s that one thing that you fall in love each time you invest in it.
The trick here is to embrace it completely! It doesn’t mean quit your job. For example, I’m an English Teacher, but I embraced my love for branding & design.
👉🏽 Commit Yourself To The Challenge
This is where imposter syndrome is likely to hit back. Be mindful to avoid comparing yourself with others at this point (read my previous reel like this one).
It’s called a challenge for a reason! And you’re either going to level up in the video game, or it’s game over. I’m here to assure you that this will not be the case for you, as long as you commit yourself wholeheartedly.
👉🏽 Trust The Process & Remain Consistent
Now… You found your first love, you’ve made your commitment, and the next step will take a marathon! Here, you really have to accept the fact that you’re in this for the long run.
Bite the bullet, and build up good habits to be consistent with what you’re doing. I confidently speak from my experience. I started out expecting amazing results only to be hit with disappointment. It doesn’t have to be that way for you!
Keep working on your dream no matter what anyone else says or thinks. Trust the process of success, and be consistent at all times. Never

Rule 7: Pursue What Is Meaningful (Not What Is Expedient)
In this chapter Jordan writes about how important it is to seek sacrifice, not instant rewards. Work towards things that will bring you great joy, and success will surely follow.🤌🏽
Rule 8: Tell The Truth – Or, At Least Don’t Lie
This is self-explanatory, it doesn’t only apply to how you behave around others, and more so, the reality of deceiving yourself. To be successful, tell yourself that it’s possible, and act accordingly. Now stop lying to yourself, and do it!💯
Rule 9: Assume That The Person You Are Listening To Might Know Something You Don’t
There’s a saying that goes, “be slow to anger, and quick to listen.” Sometimes others can offer great wisdom if you have the awareness to hear them out, even though you may be of a different opinion.😅
Rule 10: Be Precise In Your Speech
Here the focus is awareness, and the ability to choose your words wisely and think carefully about them. We all get irrational when moody, but it’s good to be mentally concrete during those times to push forward.🙌🏽
Rule 11: Do Not Bother Your Children When They Are Skateboarding
As said before, I don’t have kids. This chapter explains how valuable it is to be creative, and also willing to take BIG RISKS like a skateboarder kick-flipping off high ramps. They’ve learned to do this through consistency!👌🏽
Rule 12: Pet A Cat When You Encounter One On The Street
Celebrate your small wins!🥳You’re on a journey, and sometimes it’s a rocky road. Remember that there’ll always be ups and downs, but it’s all a part of the learning process that we should apprecia

Rule 1: Stand Up Straight With Your Shoulders Back
A highly motivating chapter! JP compares life to the dominance hierarchy of lobsters.🦞 In other words, to get ahead in the game you need to own your confidence!💪🏽To do this you have “think like a lobster.”
Rule 2: Treat Yourself Like You Are Someone You Are Responsible For Helping
In a nutshell, this chapter explores the meaning behind loving yourself as you would love others. It does not mean conceit or having an ego, and rather to accept your journey and focus on your purpose and goals.🧘🏽♂️
Rule 3: Make Friends With People Who Want The Best For You
People who you surround yourself with have the ability to influence your path to success. And so, you have to choose wisely to navigate your way as sound as possible. Remember this, bad company corrupts good character.💯
Rule 4: Compare Yourself With Who You We’re Yesterday, Not With Who Someone Else Is Today
This is one of my favorites!😁It tackles imposter syndrome and how we often get caught up comparing ourselves to others. This only drags us down, instead focus on your journey and how far you’ve come and then where you should aim for next.🎯
Rule 5: Do Not Let Your Children Do Anything That Makes You Dislike Them
I don’t have any kids.😅But let’s face it… Deep down. I’d say it’s good to nurture positive qualities in life, and most importantly, discipline. And this applies to your responsibility as an adult.👍🏽

I’ve been down that road before where doubt just creeps in on so many levels.
Sometimes it’s the hardest thing to go through because you lose all that drive and motivation. And no one knows how tough it is, but you.
I’m here to ease your mind and tell you that it will be okay. Regardless of the situation, there’s always something positive waiting on the other side of it.
Here’s 3 things I do to remove self-doubt:
👉🏽 Be Mindful Of Your Purpose
Bring your attention back to your WHY. It’s good to remind yourself that you have a goal to achieve, big or small, this is the very reason you push yourself to achieve great success!
👉🏽 Seek Advice From Likeminded People
Sometimes you don’t always want to bother others with your stress or baggage, or worse, compare yourself to someone else. Better yet, it’s actually the best way to get the help you need, or even just a shoulder to lean on, just to know that you are not alone.
👉🏽 Remember Your Source Of Inspiration
Doubts and fears are just mental constructs. They have a way of overwhelming you when you really don’t need it. Bounce back by reanimating your happy place and keep on moving!
The important thing is to always be present and to keep pushing yourself no matter what. It doesn’t mean to burn yourself out, and rather, transform the way you look at it.
