Hydration is one of the most critical aspects of both fitness and overall wellness. While water is essential for digestion, temperature regulation, and joint lubrication, it also plays a vital role in athletic performance. Dehydration can lead to fatigue, decreased endurance, muscle cramps, and poor concentration—so it’s essential to stay hydrated before, during, and after your workouts.

While water is the best option for hydration, other drinks like coconut water, herbal teas, and sports drinks with electrolytes can also help replenish fluids and nutrients lost during exercise.

The Vigorous Program

The mission is to create one of the world's most vigorous international fitness modeling contests which not only discovers the best physical model winner but also offers an exclusive inside look of the model life through the competition. Furthermore, the aim is to create more opportunities for fitness models around the world, showcase their modeling abilities.

Contestants are scored in the following categories: “MODELING” Attitude, Responsibility, Fitness Modeling Ability, Personality, Photography, Runway Walk and Overall Looks. There will be the special awards handed out during the final such as Top Portrait Fitness Model, Top Runway Model, Media’s Choice Award, People’s Choice Award and more.

At WORLD FITNESS SUPERMODEL diverse professional teams join forces such as the leading fashion photographer, Mr. Surachai Saengsuwan who has been working with The Face Thailand, L’officiel Thailand, Harper’s Bazaar and Vogue Thailand.
