It’s been two weeks since you blessed heaven with you’re presence Grandpa. I think about you every day, and it hasn’t been easy to embrace the real harsh truth that you’re not with us anymore. Anyone who’s known me well, you’d also know that my Grandpa Charlie meant so much to me. Grandpa, we love you so much. Your kind, gentle, easy-going, loveable and laughable soul has taught the Breslins so much over the years. The polar opposite of Grandpa I must say, but maybe what they say about “opposites attract” really is true… Anyways, Grandpa, you lived an amazing life, and we are so thankful for you to have created and been the leader of this strong and healthy Breslin family. I’m sure you are up there watching Celtic FC and relaxing in the sun while looking at the amazing family you’ve helped raise with an IRN BRU (his favourite pop) because you absolutely deserve it.
