يسر مؤسسة حلال سوريا والممثلة بمديرها العام الأستاذ فاروق النقشبندي ومدير العمليات الأستاذ ساري النقشبندي منح الشركة التقنية للصناعات الغذائية شهادة حلال ، رائد صناعات اللحوم المعلبة والمرتديلا في سوريا والشرق الأوسط.
حيث قام فريق مؤسسة حلال سوريا الذي ترئسه مدير العمليات الأستاذ ساري النقشبندي بزيارة ميدانية تدقيقية على منشأة الشركة في مدينة الكسوة مع أعضاء الفريق المتمثلين بالخبير الشرعي الأستاذ محمد محو والخبير الفني المهندس هشام عيوش وتم تفقد كافة مستودعات و مرافق ومناطق التصنيع داخل المنشأة منذ مرحلة دخول المادة الأولية وحتى تجهيز وتوزيع المنتج النهائي.
هذا وقد هنئ الأستاذ فاروق النقشبندي المهندس سامر الديروان المدير العام للشركة التقنية للصناعات الغذائية على منحها شهادة حلال وتمنى للشركة دوام التوفيق والنجاح في المستقبل منوهاً على أن الشركة التقنية هي أول شركة في سوريا قد تم منحها شهادة حلال وأشار أثناء حفل الأستقبال الذي أقامته الشركة في مقرها بمناسبة حيازتها هذه الشهادة على أن باكورة أعمال المؤسسة قد بدأت مع الشركة التقنية وأعرب عن أعجابه بهذا الصرح الذي يتوجب أن يفتخر به كل صناعي ومواطن سوري و بالأمكانات التكنولوجية الحديثة التي تتبناه الشركة في صناعاتها وقدرتها على التطوير ومواكبة كل ما هو جديد في عالم الصناعة وشكر إدارة الشركة ممثلة بالمهندس سامر الديروان على هذا الحفل متمنياً من جميع الشركات الأخرى الإقتداء بهذه التجربة الجديدة في مجال منح شهادات الحلال التي تساعد على دعم وترسيخ مكانة المنتج السوري محلياً وعالمياً.
كما توجه الأستاذ ساري النقشبندي مدير العمليات لمؤسسة حلال سوريا أيضاً بالشكر للشركة ممثلة بالإدارة وإلى جميع العاملين يالأقسام الإدارية والإنتاجية والجودة والمخابر والشراء وكافة الأفراد الذين تعاونوا مع فريق المؤسسة لتزويدها بكافة المعلومات التي طلبتها مشيداً بالشفافية والإنفتاح والإستعداد التام والتجاوب السريع التي تميزت به الشركة أثناء فترة التدقيق وقد استعرض الأستاذ ساري ملخصاً عن نتائج التقرير النهائي الذي خرج به فريق تدقيق مؤسسة حلال سوريا وعن الخطوات والإجراءات التي تم تجاوزها مع الأقسام المعنية داخل الشركة معرباًعن تفاؤله بهذه التجربة التي خاضها مع الشركة وختم تقريره بالتوصيات والإقتراحات مع بعض الملاحظات التي خلص بها الفريق متمنياً للشركة الإزدهار والتفوق.
ومن الجدير ذكره في هذه المناسبة بأن مؤسسة حلال سوريا و بناءً على عضويتها بالمنظمة العالمية لسلامة حلال ماليزيا تقوم باتباع نظام دقيق في تطبيق معيار حلال المتوافق مع الشريعة الإسلامية وفق اسس عالمية وموضوعية من خلال اجراءها لنوعين من التدقيق : الأول وهو التدقيق الورقي والثاني التدقيق الميداني متناولاً الناحية الشرعية والناحية الفنية لسير عمليات الإنتاج بالإضافة إلى التحاليل المخبرية التي يتم اجرائها على عينات للمنتجات والمواد الأولية يتم أخذها وفقاً لأسس ومعايير وفق نظام عالمي بالإضافة إلى تجهيز المنشأة بنظام ضمان حلال وهو نظام إداري إجرائي يتم اتباعه من قبل المنشأة بالتنسيق مع مؤسسة حلال لضمان ترسيخ المعيار بين الأقسام الداخلية المعنية في ما بعد مرحلة منح الشهادة.
Halal Syria represented by Mr. Farouk Alnakeshbandi the Director and Mr. Sari Alnakeshbandi the Operation Director are pleased to grant Technical Food Industry Company Halal Certification (the leader of Canning Meat industries in Syria and Middle East).
Wherein Halal Syria Team which was headed by Mr. Sari Alnakeshbandi the Operation Director acted a field visiting on company's factory in Alkouswa city in Damascus Suburb with other members of the team represented by Mr. Mohammad Almahu the Islamic legal Observer and the Eng. Mr. Hesham A'uosh the Technical Observer where, it has been inspected all the stores, productions and offices areas inside the factory from raw materials until marketing and distribution stages.
Mr. Farouk Alnakeshbandi congratulated the General Manager of Technical Food Company Eng.Mr. Samer Alderwan for granted it halal Certification wishing for it good and success future indicating that technical food is the first company in Syria certified Halal, he said during drawing room in which had been organized in the company that the firstling business of Halal Syria is starting with Technical Food Company, announcing his good impression on this project that is every Syrian industrial and consumer should pride on it, plus the modern technologist facilities which is taken up by the company in its processes beside, its ability to meet the most development methods in industrial world, and he thanked the company's management for this event wishing for all other bodies to follow this new experiment in granting Halal Certification to support Syrian Products locally and internationally.
Also, Mr. Sari Alnakeshbandi the Operation Director of Halal Syria thanked the company represented by High Management, Management Departments, production, Quality, laboratory, purchasing and all stuff whom they have co-operated with Halal Audit Team for providing all the needed requested information praised with transpicuous, receptiveness, willingness and quick response which is advantaged by company during audit stages and he reviewed the summary of ending results report which have been concluded by Halal Syria Audit Team also, the steps and stages that have passed with related departments inside company, he expressed his optimism with this experiment which he has taken it up with the company and he closed his speech with suggestions and recommendations that have been concluded by the team wishing for the company prosperity.
It is Noticeable in this opportunity that Halal Syria and according to its membership in International Halal Integrity Alliance – Malaysia follows punctilious system in applying halal standard which complied with Islamic Shari 'a rolls that is commensurate with international and objectives fundamentals by performing two kind of auditing :
The first is documenting audit, and the second is field audit handled Islamic Shari 'a Audit and Technical Audit as well as laboratories tests which is performed to samples that is taken from related products and raw materials plus, it is taken according to universal fundamentals and standards in addition, supplying concerning body the Halal Assurance System, which is a management procedural system is followed by concerning body in coordinating with Halal Syria to assure settling the standards among related internal departments.
