The Ethiopian🇪🇹 space science society says that the material objects seen in Ethiopia yesterday evening may be the remaining parts of China's Shijian-19 satellite.

According to the society, the burning objects seen on the sky yesterday evening could be the remaining parts of the satellite owned by the Chinese ShiJian-19 (ShiJian-19)

The society's report states that the satellite was launched on 17th September 2024 finishing its mission and landing into space on October 1, 2024.

The report further indicates that the parts of the satellite used for the mission have been separated from the main satellite and been since roaming on the space.

However,The information used by the society for the analysis is from third party data sources, advising the country to wait until the owner of the satellite, China, confirms the information.

The unknown burning objects have been also spotted in northern parts of Kenya ,particularly in areas of Moyale,Marsabit,Mandera,Wajir,Turkana and Isiolo creating fear and panic among the residents.

Breaking News: Full list of Friday's decrees and orders issued by President Kiir on January 10, 2025.

As part of his regular duties, President Salva Kiir Mayardit announced the following official Republican decrees and orders:

1. President Kiir sacked Tut Gatluak Manime as Presidential Advisor on National Security Affairs and replaced him with Thoi Chany Reat.

2. President Kiir appointed Tut Gatluak Manime as Presidential Envoy to the Middle East.

3. President Kiir sacked Gatwech Peter Kulang as Chairperson of the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) and replaced him with Stephen Kueth.

4. President Kiir dissolved the National Transition Commission (NTC) Board and Reconstituted as here under:

1. Kuol Manyang Juuk, Senior Presidential Advisor - Chairperson
2. Chol Mawut Ajonga, Minister of Presidential Affairs - Member
3. Benjamin Bol Mel, Presidential Advisor on Special Programs - Member
4. Chol Thon Balok, Minister of Defence and Veteran Affairs - Member
5. Josephine Joseph Lagu, Minister of Agriculture and Food Security - Member
6. Marial Dongrin Ater, Minister of Finance and Planning - Member
7. Rizik Zakaria Hassan, Minister of Wildlife - Member
8. Akec Tong Aleu, Director General, ISB/NSS - Member
9. Stephen Par Kuol, Minister of Peace Building - Member

5. President Kiir dissolved the Nilepet Board of Directors and reconstituted it by appointing the following:

1. Minister of Presidential Affairs - Chairperson
2. Minister of Petroleum - Deputy Chairperson

4. Managing Director of Nilepet - Secretary
5. Governor of Bank - Member
