SUB; OFFICIAL DECLARATION OF MY CANDIDACY FOR CHAIRMANSHIP OF TONJ YOUTH UNION - JUBA.
Fellow Tonj Youth, Relatives, Colleagues, Friends, all Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Aweeng Maduot-Landit famously known as Aweengo Junior, a first year student of Petroleum Engineering at the University of Juba and as well a student of Business Administration, SIU. I’m a proud son of Tonjdit-KalKuel particularly Awan Parek Community of Tonj North County.
Today marks a pivotal moment in my journey as a proud youth of this great community Tonjdit. With immense respect for our shared aspirations and challenges, I officially declare my candidacy for the position of Chairmanship of Tonj Youth Union - Juba.
This decision is not just about me, it is about all of us, it is about bringing our collective dreams to life reality and ensuring that ever youth regardless of background or course of study, feels represented, empowered and inspired. Our Union should a beacon of unity, progress and excellence.
As Chairman, I will apply inclusive leadership policy where your voices, your ideas, your struggles, your ambitions will be at the heart of every decision that I take when you elect me. I will work tirelessly to bring opportunities for the growth in education, leadership, and professional development. I will prioritize the unity of all the youth within and outside the union.
Our welfare as youth will be my top priority, from academic concerns to youth rights and mental wellbeing, peace and unity. We will use this union to create awareness among youths by mobilizing them to go for education and reshape their mindsets and dispel the belief that education is a scam and waste of time.
I humbly ask for your support as we embark on this journey together, driven by a vision of a stronger, more and united.
