Quick analysis on TEYA's aspirants 2023!

1. Khot Dut Goch, Kongor payam

If we are not mistaken then Mr. Ajang Diing, the former TEYA's chairman comes from Kongor. So, in that regard, there's no way that the Association's next leader would be from Kongor payam again. Above all, Kongor has two candidates and this makes them compete for the little resources available at home.

2. Arok Dut Arok, Pakeer payam

Mr. Arok Dut could make it to the TEYA's senior position but due to the fact that Pakeer is not united based on the recent political development, he risks missing the chance. As a matter of fact, he might end up without a strong hold. This makes him to either maintain a portion of Pakeer that can't even reach 30 percent or garner it all if the crisis is addressed.
3. Khot jok Ajak, Nyuak payam

Mr. Khot might gain the entire Nyuak support if he plays his cards well. The fact that he's the only candidate from Nyuak payam gives him a strong base. However, due to the fact that Mr. Mabior Deng, the former chair came from Awulian or Nyuak, there's no way that the leadership can quickly return to Nyuak payam.

4. Deng Dier Atak, Ajuong payam

Mr. Deng Diet will have to fight the road blocks in a hard way. These include the war of academic credentials and registration road blocks. But if he makes it to the running stage, he will make the forthcoming elections so interesting and enjoyable. He's good at making fun. But he can't be elected for this race since Mr. Garang Atem, the outgoing chair is from Ajuong payam. No way!

5. Dut Atem Malek, Kongor Payam

The fact that Kongor has two candidates makes them compete for little delegates from Kongor payam thus making it so hard to get the winner during the election. Mr. Dut is also rumoured to be a project of the outgoing leadership. Mr. Garang Atem was recently quoted blackmailing two of the contestants (names withheld) over Dut's interest. Such affiliation disqualifies Mr. Dut!

6. Deng Jr William, Lith payam

Mr. Junior if he plays his cards well then he's the likely winner of this year's election. This is because Adiok and Abek, the entire Lith payam has no other candidate. But due to the rumours that he recently switched allegiance to Hon. Deng Dau, his fate remains unclear. As such, he could be one of the underdogs. But he's the likely winner if you analyse the candidates and the sharing model.

In a nutshell, these analyses are strategically based on the current status of the politics in Twic land otherwise anyone can surprise us with a win during the elections but Mr. Junior stands the likely winner!

However, if someone like Mr. Atem Dekuek could have shown interest in this year's elections again, he would automatically win despite the huge competition.

Mr. Chol Yaak, the girlfriend's owner turned husband could have been the potential winner of this election if he was in the country. But sad that he's not in the country!

Anyway, wishing all the Twic East Aspirants the very best of luck in the forthcoming elections!
