Dudu Majur Deng became the first football fan of the 21st century to change alliances from Manchester United to Arsenal.

The incident occurred during a celebration of South Sudan Independence Day and Arsenal end of season get together party yesterday at T64T.

After Dudu Majur converted herself, she took to her facebook handle and said โ€œAm here to let you guys know that I left Manchester United and am now officially an Arsenal fanโ€

Dudu will be Arsenalโ€™s new number eight, a shirt number that is owned by Martin ร˜degaard the captain of Arsenal football club.

South Sudan Football Association is set to launch the first South Sudan Premier League in the Country, which is one of the strategic programs of SSFA President General Augustino Madout Parek and all the Members of Board of Directors .

This came during a meeting organized by the technical committee for the tournament to Brief General Augustino Madout on the ongoing preparations put in place for the competition.

General Augustino Madout Parek expressed his commitment to the success of the South Sudan Premier League and urged all companies operating in the country to join hands in ensuring the historic kickoff of South Sudan Premier League is a successful.

Eng. Abraham Malith Mayen has contributed 500,000 SSP for supporting Marial Lou Comboni ahead of the fundraising event.

Eng. Malith, on the other hand is drawing the bill of quantity (BoQ) and sketching a map of school premises as part of support together with Eng. James Goch Wol, the brilliant alumni of Comboni Primary School in the early 2000s.

The steering committee headed by chairman, Dr. Neem Makuer, alongside provisional chairman, Ust. Abraham Mabior, held a fruitful meeting basically on the arrangements of the program.

The steering committee contributed many ideas towards the fund-raising event which is scheduled to happen on the 7th, July 2024. It is believed to be second last meeting of the program since days are counting down.

On the other hand, the committee had discussed financial issues which is to facilitated the program on the very that day which the event which will happen. Therefore, it is concluded with the kind request from alumni and well-wishers to backup the committee for financial support in facilitating the program.

Garang Kuol rejoins Newcastle United, set for Australia tour

Garang Kuol is rejoining Newcastle United after a stint on loan. The club confirmed via social media that Kuol will be part of the squad heading to Australia following their upcoming match.

"Garang Kuol will be part of the squad travelling to Australia after tomorrow's game!" Newcastle announced.

Kuol's return is highly anticipated as he looks to make an impact with the team during the tour. His time on loan has been seen as a valuable experience, and fans are eager to see his development in action with Newcastle United.

Garang Kuol went to Dutch Eredivisie outfit, FC Volendam for the 2023/24 campaign shortly after signing to New Castle last year.
