Cathrine Sillah, Chairperson of the Sierra Leone Women’s Premier League Board, announced that no female matches will be played on dusty pitches. She stated that the winning team of this season will be awarded NLe 400,000, while the runners-up will receive NLe 300,000. These comments were made during a press briefing held at the SLFA in Kingtom, attended by journalists from across the country, in anticipation of the Female Elite League for the 2024/25 season.
