Exciting News: Animation and Film Training Program for Youth in Sierra Leone!
We are happy to announce a groundbreaking opportunity for young people across Sierra Leone: the Animation and Film Training program, proudly brought to you by Apex Multimedia with Support from UNDP in Sierra Leone and the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sierra Leone
This initiative is designed to empower and equip over 300 youth, with a particular emphasis on supporting and uplifting women in the multimedia industry. Starting in June and extending into the next year, our comprehensive training program offers a foundational framework and orientation for participants entering the exciting world of animation and film production.

I’m Ibrahim Kanu, a student at the Ernest Bai Koroma University of Science and Technology. Regrettably, approximately two years and three months ago, I was involved in a severe road accident that resulted in the loss of my left leg. Since then, I have been enduring considerable challenges, relying on crutches for mobility.
I am reaching out with a sincere plea for assistance. The fundamental obstacle I face in regaining my independence and continuing my education is the lack of a prosthetic leg. The cost of acquiring this vital medical equipment amounts to Seven thousand US dollars (NLE-164,500). With a prosthetic leg, I can significantly improve my quality of life, resume my studies, and engage in daily activities with greater ease and confidence.
