Another woman showing up for the Sierra Leone Union on Disability Issues SLUDI national presidential election.

SLUDI is the umbrella organization for persons with disability in Sierra Leone and this is the first time in the history of SLUDI, that women are contesting for the national president.

Tima Disability Space will continue to support and celebrate those women for their determination to political leadership.

More women taking leadership will gradually contribute to achieving gender equality.

Sarah N'gaiwa is a beautiful and determined albino waiting for the SLUDI Presidency after the May 26th, 2024 SLUDI elections.

We were excited to participate in the "DIGITAL HER CONFERENCE" organized by Elba SL Limited.

With the support of Elba SL Limited, some of our young women with disabilities from Kenema and Freetown attended the conference online on Thursday, March 21st, 2024, from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Our goal is to empower women and girls with disabilities, and this conference was a significant step toward that aim, inspiring our participants to envision themselves as Digital Women.

We are committed to providing more opportunities for these women to pursue their dreams, and we welcome any individuals or organizations interested in helping women and girls with disabilities realize their potential.

Below, you will find photos of the presenters alongside the women with disabilities from the Kenema group.

Tima Disability Space will collaborate with the team to implement the lessons learned, particularly regarding the use of various applications, to enhance their digital skills.
