Marmite lovers will tell you that the rich, dark-brown, ye**ty spread is good on or in almost anything. So, it is for sure that the succulent honey marmite-glazed turkey ($168) from One Farrer Hotel will be the centrepiece of their festive feast!

For a truly indulgent three-course festive lunch ($68) at Cook and Brew, opt for the main course of "filet mignon and butter of the Gods", which is smoked bone marrow and flamed tenderloin on a bed of mashed purple potatoes with port jus, before taking on a Christmas pudding comprising whisky gelato.

We love the vibrant, tangy flavours of this roast Yangnyeom turkey from Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. The coating of the mouth-watering Korean Yangnyeom sauce also lends this festive takeaway ($198 nett) a delightful balance of savouriness, spiciness and a light sweetness.
