I received a call from this number from someone claiming to be from Shopee. He correctly mentioned my name and said I had enrolled in a UnionPay subscription costing $800.

When I told him I never subscribed to such a service, he suggested I might have clicked on it accidentally. When I said I didn’t even have the Shopee or Lazada accounts he mentioned, he claimed that someone might have misused my details and then he said he is actually calling on behalf of insurance agency.

I immediately hung up the call. Please be cautious of scams! Share this to help others stay aware and avoid falling for them.

I have also reported this via ScamShield.

This past weekend, I had the privilege of reading over 1,400 names during an event. One parent came up to me afterward and said: “Thank you so much for treating every single kid special.”

I smiled and replied: “They all deserve their moments on stage.”

When I was young, I too worked hard and cherished those moments on stage, receiving recognition for my efforts. These experiences leave lasting impressions, and I’m grateful to now play a part in celebrating the achievements of others.

Every name called, every step across the stage—it all matters.

From building authentic relationships to showcasing properties creatively, it’s amazing to see how technology continues to transform customer interactions in the real estate industry.
