Ochre Pictures is a Singapore based TV & film production company. Ochre Pictures is one of the leading independent content production companies in Singapore.

We have been producing both narrative and factual programmes for both international and local broadcasters including MediaCorp, National Geographic, Discovery Channel, Disney & many more. Since its inception in 2000, Ochre Pictures has produced more than 800 hours of television which has screened in more than 20 countries on both local channels in Singapore and international channels around the wo

rld. We have produced various genres from factual series to drama series, telefeatures and entertainment & lifestyle programmes, and have partnered the National Geographic Channel, Discovery Channel, Disney, Playhouse Disney, MediaCorp , meWATCH, HOOQ and tvN to name a few. Our latest productions include the award-winning Last Madame which is now streaming on Netflix, HBO Go and Amazon Prime; and Lion Mums – one of the most successful English drama series on Singapore TV which has completed its Season 4 early this year. Most recently, Ochre Pictures also collaborated with Korea’s largest content production company, Studio Dragon, as the Singapore producer for Little Women that is currently streaming on Netflix.

It Takes a Village clinched the Best Documentary Series at the 30th Asian Television Awards! 🤩

The biggest thanks go to our producers , editors , and of course, the real stars of the series, the community, and the young and elderly friends who wholly participated in this social experiment 🌟

Who knew deep, meaningful friendships can be fostered between 6 and the 60s! In an ageing, diverse society, we sought to document and share the impact of initiatives that bring seniors and preschoolers together—and celebrate how these bonds spark friendship, compassion, and hope.

And who knows... this village might have more stories to tell. 😉
