Chicken and Waffles for dinner

waffle recipe:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder �5 tablespoons white sugar �2 eggs �1 and 1/2 cups warm milk �⅓ cup butter, melted �1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. mix all
2. cook for 4-5mins in waffle maker until smoke clears out

Tuna with Pasta Carbonara

Recipe:
minced garlic
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 eggs (beaten)
olive oil
parsley, salt, and pepper to taste

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Step 2: Mix the beaten egg and grated cheese
Step 3: Saute Garlic and Olive Oil, add the tuna
Step 4: Add the pasta
Step 5: Enjoy

“Oshino Hakkai (忍野八海) is a touristy set of eight ponds in Oshino, a small village in the Fuji Five Lake region, located between Lake Kawaguchiko and Lake Yamanakako on the site of a former sixth lake that dried out several hundred years ago. The eight ponds are fed by snow melt from the slopes of nearby Mount Fuji that filters down the mountain through porous layers of lava for over 80 years, resulting in very clear spring water that is revered by the locals.”

- it’s super cold (late november) and windy on the top, prepare for it (heat packs, bonnet)
- got our tickets from KK Day, available 1 month before the date. i booked the 1st slot i see, then just keep on refreshing until the time sunset time slot becomes available (i did it for about an hour)
- child’s ticket can be purchased at the counter, needs to show your adult ticket
- check the forecast sunset timing, go around 1 hour before. we got 3pm slot for 4:30 sunset. best is 3:30 so you can still wait fot the night city lights (we did not coz we were freezing already 🥶)
- there is a covered viewing platform (3rd photo) in case it gets too cold
- additional tips: look up when you go inside the elevator/lift
