Luto muna tayo ng

My own version of "Maruyang Kamote with cinnamon" 😆

You need:

1 pc Sweet potato (big size)
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup fresh milk or water
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
Pinch of salt
Oil for frying
2 tbsp Sugar (dagdagan mo nalng kung gusto mo ng matamis)
1 tsp Vanilla

Procedure: very simple

Balatan ang kamote. Grate mo.
Sa isang bowl, maglagay ng 1 cup all purpose flour,
Salt, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and milk or water. Haluin siya until wala nang lumps.
Ihalo ang grated Sweet potato sa mixture. Mikos mikos mo mga mare 😆 😂
Then, painitin mo na ang kawali na may mantika. Preto mo na ang mixture. Para ka lang nag torta ng egg..
