Still buzzing from the Global Prompt Engineering Championship 2025 in Dubai 🇦🇪✨

Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum (), this event was more than a competition — it was a celebration of imagination, community, and the future we’re shaping together.

I didn’t take home a trophy — but I gained something even more powerful:

💡 Renewed curiosity.
🤝 Real connection.
🔥 And the quiet courage to keep building.

Honored to stand alongside minds that truly inspired:

🎨 Yahya Kaddoura (Palestine) – competing with him felt like flying next to an astronaut.
🎬 Ibrahim Hajjo (Syria) – his wildlife-inspired short was pure emotion.
🎮 Ibrahim Helmy (Canada) – “One Minute Hero” redefined gaming.
👨‍💻 Abdulrahman Al Marzooqi (UAE) – the coding genius from MBZUAI.

Together, they shared AED 1M in prizes — and earned global admiration.

With 3,800+ entries from 125 countries, this event proves:

Talent is everywhere. And Dubai is where it shines.

Gratitude to and everyone behind this visionary championship. You reminded us that AI isn’t just about machines — it’s about meaning.

And to the UAE — thank you for the inspiration, generosity, and unwavering belief in possibility. This is just the beginning. 🌍🚀

Singapore’s Approach to Human Rights Oversight: A Call for Constructive Engagement

Introduction:

In an era where international cooperation on human rights is paramount, countries worldwide have been engaging in meaningful dialogue with global oversight mechanisms. Singapore, with its strong international reputation as a hub of commerce and governance, has taken a unique approach to this engagement. While the nation’s legal system is well-structured and effective, there are areas where further collaboration with international human rights bodies could enhance protections for vulnerable groups.

Through personal experience and observations, I’ve come to understand both the strengths and potential limitations of Singapore’s stance. While its legal system serves many citizens well, greater integration with international human rights frameworks could provide additional recourse for marginalized communities. By fostering dialogue between Singapore and global bodies, we can explore how international engagement can support Singapore’s continued development in this space.

The Global Role of Human Rights Oversight:

International human rights institutions, such as the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) and the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), serve an important role in supporting countries in the promotion of human rights. These bodies provide valuable recommendations and facilitate dialogue to address human rights concerns, helping countries to enhance their legal and governance frameworks.

Licorice syrup is a powerful natural remedy, made from the roots of the Glycyrrhiza glabra plant. It offers multiple health benefits that can support recovery during respiratory illnesses:

- Clears the airways: Licorice root helps loosen and expel mucus, making it easier to breathe and clear congestion.
- Reduces inflammation: The glycyrrhizin in licorice soothes inflammation in the respiratory system, easing coughing and improving comfort.
- Boosts the immune system: With added Vitamin C, licorice syrup strengthens your immune defenses, helping your body fight off illness.
- Natural antiviral properties: Research suggests that licorice may help inhibit virus replication, making it a great aid during colds and flu.

As many of us are navigating sickness or recovering, this natural remedy can make a real difference. Whether you’re dealing with a cough or struggling with congestion, licorice syrup offers relief and supports faster recovery. Take time to rest, care for yourself, and know that better days are ahead.

Sending strength and healing vibes to everyone who’s feeling under the weather—you’re not alone! 💚 Stay strong, stay healthy.

How are you feeling today?

The Feelings Wheel is a tool used by therapists to help quickly and accurately name the emotions you are feeling.

The wheel features three rings. The innermost ring consists of six core emotions: joy, love, fear, anger, sadness, and surprise.

To use the Feeling Wheel, start by scanning all three rings of the wheel for an emotion that resonates with what you are feeling. Once you've identified that emotion, you can move toward the center of the wheel or away from the center to find the adjacent words that most accurately reflect your feelings.

For instance, you might start with "sadness" and work outward to "guilty" as a more accurate feeling. Alternatively, you might start with "nervous" and work your way inward to "fear" and then outward again to "insecure" because that feels more accurate than "nervous."

The major goal is not to end up at any particular ring of the feelings wheel, though people do tend to gravitate toward the outer rings of the wheel as they practice using this tool.

As you're getting started, simply focus on identifying and writing down the emotions that most clearly reflect your emotional state.

Keep in mind that our mental health matters because it influences how we deal with stress and manage the various challenges in our lives.

Happy International Yoga Day!

Yoga is an ancient practice that benefits both the body and mind. It originated in India and has been embraced for thousands of years as a means of promoting overall well-being through breath control, flexibility, and strength.

In modern times, yoga is commonly associated with physical postures called asanas. These asanas are often combined in styles like Vinyasa flows or Ashtanga, aiming to build strength, improve flexibility, coordination, balance, and promote relaxation. However, this is just one aspect of yoga.

Yoga is a personal journey accessible to anyone, regardless of their experience level. It has the power to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and enhance flexibility and posture. You don't need to be familiar with yoga terminology, fancy studios, or complicated poses to benefit from yoga - it truly is for everyone.

When practicing yoga, we engage in physical movement that energizes the body. Blood flows, warmth increases, and the release of endorphins and hormones creates a wonderful sense of well-being in both the body and mind. Rolling out your mat and dedicating time to yourself through yoga is an act of self-love that brings deep healing.

Through yoga, we can let go and surrender, allowing ourselves to move towards a more balanced, clear-minded, and harmonious way of life.

Have a great Wednesday evening. How do you create healthy habits? How do you prioritize your well-being? Let's talk about alcohol consumption.

Many humans drink alcohol as a way to unwind and relax. Rather than relying on alcohol to relax, it's advisable to minimize alcohol consumption when prioritizing your well-being. Although alcohol may initially provide a sense of relaxation, the subsequent negative effects such as anxiety and disrupted sleep often outweigh the temporary benefits. It's not necessary to eliminate it entirely if you don't want to - reducing your intake can be equally advantageous.

Do you drink alcohol? How often and how much? 👀

Happy Mother's Day to all Mothers around the globe! ❤️

The most beautiful word on earth is Mother. Mother is the first word a person utters, and it sounds equally tender.

Mother has the kindest and most loving hands, her hands can do any job.

Mother has the most faithful and sensitive heart - love never goes out, it does not remain indifferent to anything.

And no matter how old you are - five or fifty, you always need a Mother, her caress, her look. And the more you share the love with the Mother, the happier, the brighter her heart.

Ps. Mathematics, gymnast, teacher of English, and Mother of four wonderful children! Love you very much! ❤️

Have a beautiful Saturday morning from Singapore. What is grounding means in yoga? How to feel and explore it?

Wake up. Go for it. Move on. Do it. Do it again. Get the result. More accomplishment. Our modern world celebrates going up and forward. Sometimes, though, we need to redirect our energy downward to find inner balance. In yoga, grounding means to physically root down into the earth. It also describes a calm, centered, and stable feeling.

Focusing on our physical connection to the ground, noticing the points of our body that make contact with the earth, and let the ground support us to remove distractions and anchor us in the present moment.

When we are mentally and emotionally grounded, we fully occupy the present moment with a sense of calm. Being both physically and emotionally grounded can serve as a powerful reminder that we are connected to something so much larger than just ourselves.

Thanks, & for the great work! 💚❤️
