This is the last dub techno session...
..in my latest project. A project that contains eight tracks that could be seen as a result of a creative process that functions as an iterative loop. A process I start by building a foundational track structure, experimenting with elements until I'm satisfied with the result. Then, I duplicate this base and begin to explore variations, often shifting keys or introducing significant changes. This process continues until I've created a collection of eight tracks, each with a unique identity yet connected by a shared DNA. This I feel holds the project and all the tracks together into one unified gathering of tracks and when ready makes it great material for a unified release.

Thank you all so very much, who have supported my work so far. And thank you all for listening.

Have a great day.

The seventh acid-infused installment in my latest dub techno project has been an amazing journey. Incorporating TD-3 elements into this project has not only added a new flavor but also made it more suitable for a live performance, which was its intended purpose. It's truly remarkable how the distinct 303 sounds effortlessly pierce through any mix.

The most challenging aspect of this project was maintaining a delicate balance, ensuring that the TD-3 elements didn't overshadow the other components. In my upcoming project, I'll be focusing solely on the Digitone, exploring its full potential in a more minimalistic sonic landscape. After that, I'll carefully consider how and if I'll reintroduce the TD-3, and in what context it would best complement the overall composition.

Have a great weekend 🥳

I’m currently rolling out project 15 on my YouTube channel… But that's not all! I've also been diving deep into the Digitone and have a new project in the works. Get ready for a Digitone-focused experience in Project 16, featuring exclusive samples that you can access through a third-party platform. To complete the package, I'll be releasing a Digitone sound pack and the project file with all patterns when the album hits my Bandcamp. Stay tuned for more updates!

I never get tired of the bubbling sound of a TB-303, and it’s funny how it cuts through anything like a sharp knife. I’ve tried to incorporating the TD-3 into my latest project to get this dub techno acid hybrid sessions, and there’s always a ton of fun to turn those k***s. Enjoy!

Take care out there 😊

I did my first real dub techno live gig ever some months ago, and it was a great learning experience. Previously, I never had to have any real plan when creating music; I usually just go with the flow and see where it takes me. This time, I had limited time and I wanted to fit 8 tracks into a 60-minute setup. I struggled with keeping it interesting the whole set with tensions and buildups.

I like creating tracks in pairs, so I thought the transition between the tracks would be easier if I had the tracks paired in the same key and that they would flow together. Then between the pairs, I built more atmospheric transitions to be able to shift the character. This track is the intro of the second pair of tracks, also with the TD-3 incorporated as som sort of a lead.

Have a great day 😁

This track is part of a live gig setup. It's a transitional shorter track that serves as a bridge to transition from the previous opening track to the next two coming tracks. I'm not really used to producing shorter tracks, and I always find it hard to keep them brief. I usually love to give my work a more jam-like and progressively longer touch. But with every new challenge I learn something new, never stop learning is the motto. Take care

I'd like to share with you a nine-minute live recording of my latest dub techno session. This track is the intro from a live gig I performed in May. It's a 118 bpm track, and the hi-hat is introduced after the first 4 minutes.

It's been four months since my last session recording, and I've made some changes to my setup. I've added the TD-3 and switched to the Bluebox mixer. I've been working on making my setup more portable. I hope everyone is doing well out there. Take care! 😊

Early this year, I was granted the honor of doing a remix for Narcotic 303's forthcoming release, "Solaris." The songs contains some styles of sounds I don't regularly work with, so it was very inspiring to create this setup and I learned some new things. I've tried to embrace the original version as much as possible, but also add some of my own style and keep it fairly uptempo.

The Solaris remix is originally released by Insectorama. Thanks you Markus Masuhr for making this possible.
