Day 8... Supposed to be pure protein day but terlajak... Tak pe next Monday repeat.
Tamak nak makan roti dgn peanut butter 2 keping tapi 1 keping dah terlalu kenyang so the second one was snack after treadmill session.
Snack today include grapes, dates and vadai from Grand City... Pergh dinner salad telur dan orang lain roti canai. Padu kekuatan selera ku.
