Modern Guilt ”Do Not Panic!” 7” is open for preorder!

We are proud to announce the launch of the Modern Guilt "Do not panic" 7" EP, dropping on September 7th, 2024!

Hailing from Gothenburg, Sweden, Modern Guilt channels the raw energy of '80s hardcore - a sound reminiscent of pioneers like Uniform Choice, Youth Of Today, and Minor Threat - while injecting their own style and melodic expression.

"The lyrics and message of Modern Guilt revolve around Straight Edge, but also address political issues that are important to us. The title 'Do Not Panic' is really a callout for PMA: to stay calm, do what you can to not be part of the problem, and influence people to do better in a world that's messed up in so many ways."

Featuring members of Subject To Change, Division Of Laura Lee, Anchor, Eyes Shut, Pablo Matisse, and Out Of Vogue, the band brings a wealth of experience and dedication to their craft.

"Do Not Panic" is a split release between Quarantined and Monument Records, two of Sweden's most prominent HC labels. The 7" drops with two different covers: one Quarantined edition and one Monument edition.

Final Exit: Members of Refused and Abhinanda switched instruments with each other and started a new project together. They called themselves Final Exit and played fast as f**k hardcore!

Their first output was the album TEG. 15 songs in 18 minutes. Still one of the most loved 18 minutes in the history of Umeå Hardcore. This hoodie is a tribute to TEG and to all the Northcore fans!

Designer: Marc Strömberg a.k.a. Marc UÅ. Marc used to be in bands like Håll Det Äkta and Forever Young (which we have both released on Monument), he is also the architect behind the Cloudberry Gr***de soda and a true master of illustrations. Marc have done designs for bands like Strife and Division of Laura Lee as well as for Bastard Burgers and Umeå hockey team Björklöven. Marc is a real hardcore kid and he shares our passion for hardcore. And construction gloves.
