We had the pleasure of working with our friends at Remedy Entertainment on this exciting reveal trailer for FBC: Firebreak.

We have always valued longtime working relationships. Over a decade ago, we started collaborating with the amazing team at Toca Boca, creating sounds and music for their games as well as creating the sonic branding for the company as a whole. Now, more than 10 years later, the time had come for Toca Boca to refresh the brand, both visually and sonically. Once again they placed their trust in us to create this update, and we couldn’t be more honored. Here we have it, and here’s to another decade!

We’re proud to have worked on some of the nominated projects, including Livebrator with BBDO Nordics, For your F*cking Freedom with Valtech Radon and Industrial emissions face mist for Vattenfall with NORD DDB.

The annual BAFTA game awards are widely recognized as “the Oscars for gaming”. And lo and behold, last night in London Alan Wake II did what our crossed fingers had been hoping for all week by clinching a golden mask for “best audio achievement”!! Surreal, and it is now officially party Friday at Red Pipe!

We couldn’t be happier for all the fantastic people involved in this project, with a special shout-out to audio director Richard Lapington who attended the gala in his Sunday best to collect the award! Congrats to everyone at Remedy Entertainment!

We are happy to welcome Peter Levin as our new Chairman of the Board. With more than 30 years of experience within the gaming industry, Peter will be a great addition to our family. Among other things, Peter is the former Managing Director of EA Nordic, co-founder of Goodbye Kansas Studios and founder of Goodbye Kansas Game Invest (sold to Embracer Group in 2019). He has held various board positions both in public and non-public game developers over the years. As a board member, Peter has a focus on organisation, culture, strategy, finance and growth.

As Red Pipe Studios celebrates its first 18 years in the business, we are confident that Peter will bring valuable knowledge and help us set the direction for another 18 to come!
