We are up and running at the new workshop, though it’s a temporary setup and it’ll be under construction for a few months.
It might take a little longer for us to reply to your emails since we’ve got to keep building the shop.

The new address is Södra Promenaden 51, straight below the rock club Medley.

We’re looking forward to meet you all and your guitars there.

Today we’re leaving Spånehusvägen for new endeavours and will open up a new shop within a few weeks.

The original ceramic pickups on this Fender Stratocaster made in Japan 1989 sounded very dull and muffled, but with this set of Lundgren BJFE pickups and CTS potentiometers it’s got a new life with shimmering treble and plenty of character.

In 2015 this Gibson SG Standard came with a height adjustable nut in brass and titanium that unfortunately prover to be an invention that didn’t stand the test of time.
I replaced it with a marbled bone nut that not only works better but also looks quite stunning.

The perfect start to the day is a box full of Lundgren pickups.
Most of these are custom orders that’ll go straight into our customers guitars and basses but we also keep the most common models in stock and have guitars and basses loaded with Lundgren pickups that you may try before you decide what pickup to buy.

The shop is closed until 21st of March due to this adventure where Max is playing guitar with and Niklas is working as guitar tech for .
We’re also fully booked and will start making appointments for new jobs in the middle of April.

Veckans Fölster!
Fölster har varit och myst på Malmö Gitarrverkstad och fått sin Telecaster servad. Det är lätt att glömma hur mycket potential som kan låsas upp genom en bra service, nu spelar telen bättre än nånsin!
Var brukar ni lämna in era gitarrer? Vi kan väl tipsa varandra om fina verkstäder och tekniker runt om i Sverige!

This 1966 Fender Jaguar hasn’t been played for decades and it’ll be a great pleasure to restore it and give it a new life and eventually a new owner.
