Working more is not the solution to your problems… ❌
In order to achieve anything significant we need to also make a significant effort, and that doesn’t require days, weeks, or months, but years.
But humans are complex creatures who perform based knowledge, energy level, emotions, previous experience, current situation etc…
We can’t just simply treat ourselves like robots and think that “more working hours = more progress”.
It is not that simple.
We have more technology than ever at our fingertips but yet we seem to be more stressed than ever 🤔
How can that be?
Doesn’t that just show that what we are lacking experience, understanding, and knowledge around our capabilities to make the right decisions, rather than the fact that we don’t like to work more than 8h per day?
Simply selling hours is not what will lead to exponential growth. ⏱️
We need to spend more time developing ourselves than we spend on just maintaining our current situation. 🧹🚙🧺
And for that, we need goals, systems, habits, and determination to keep putting in the effort for years to come.📚🎞️🧠
We need to prioritize better, utilize technology, network, experience, identify our unfair advantages, tap into our passion, streamline, and automate.
Not “work more”.
