Ten years ago, on February 1, 2013, Taavi Vartia's Finnish family adventure "Rölli and the Golden Key" was released featuring a wonderful, big orchestral score by Pessi Levanto. The score album was released by MovieScore Media as part of the Portfolio series in 2021. This suite features some of the most exciting portions of the score.

The Salvation of the World as We Know It (Martin Todsharow)
🎶❤🎬 We are excited to release our first album with German composer Martin Todsharow, whose music for Til Schweiger's feature "The Salvation of the World as We Know It" ('Die rettung der uns bekannten welt') is incredibly beautiful. Best described as piano poetry, this score makes use of minimalism, shimmering textures and production values similar to what we hear in the neo-classical genre by other maestros such as Max Richter and Olafur Arnalds. The Innocents (Pessi Levanto)

We're excited to present Herbert's short but stylish electronic score for 'Port Authority', Danielle Lessovitz' 2019 drama about a man who travels to New York and falls in love with a trans woman. 200 Meters (Faraj Suleiman)
🎶🇵🇸🎬 Palestinian pianist Faraj Suleiman is best known for his thoughtful jazz-infused compositions often inspired by Arabic/Eastern melodies and rhythms, a style that certainly has a 'cinematic' quality in itself. "200 Meters" is his feature film scoring debut and one that showcases his melancholy style, a touching musical portrait of a father who is trapped on the other side of the separation wall trying to reach the hospital for his son. Dos (Two) (Diego Navarro)
🎶🇪🇸🎬 How do you score a thriller that begins with a man and a woman waking up naked in a room with their abdomens attached to each other? Few people have the answer to that question, but Diego Navarro surely knows! We're happy to work with this great Spanish composer for the first time, a prolific musician who has also consolidated an important international role in promoting film music conducting numerous live film music concerts, also known as the director of the Fimucité film music festival. He has written a very stylish score for 'Dos', a highly original suspense film by Mar Targarona, centered around the use of two instruments (cello and marimba) - in fact, the whole score (such as its rhythm, harmony and themes) is constructed around the concept of the number two, taking the lead from the film's title ("Two" in English) and its premise.
