Adrenaline is my meditation.
Every time I do extreme sports, I get so focused, so present, so clear. The extreme part forces you to leave worries, stress and concerns behind and be solely in that very moment.
It’s the ultimate workout for your body AND mind. I believe this is why I love adrenaline fuelled sports so much.
Best part? It’s not an escapism where as soon as it’s over my stress or worry comes back and slaps me in the face, no. It puts me in such a good mood and state, I come back handling my problems with much more clarity and peace of mind 🙏🥰
I had the privilege of shooting for and her friends on an epic 3 day Jet Ski trip from Bali to Lombok. These are some of the epic moments we had together 🔥👌😃
Of course, I got to try some as well and photos are coming soon (no I don’t look this cool) 😂
