To all those who may have missed out on it, this fine gentlemen pictured below is Marcus Edvardsson from Souldrainer and he is The One who composed and tracked parts of the synthesizers on our debut album "Melas Oneiros".

Jag har Edgeland i studion och producerar deras andra fullängdare. Igår var det dags att börja lägga kompgitarr och vi tänkte att vi skulle testa flera stärkare och flera lådor. Engl Fireball, 5150, Marshalls i olika former, Tapp Amps, Laney. Lådorna var ett par Marshall och en Mesalåda.

Det slutade som vanligt med att min Tapp Marzian fick huvudrollen blandat med en 5150 som får fylla ut med lite grus i ljudet. Lådor blev två samtidigt. En 1960 med V30 och Greenbacks och en Mesa med V30. Funkar fan alltid i alla lägen alltså!

Funkar svinbra med både Fender och Gibsongitarr.

I finally bought the amp switch I’ve been eyeballing for a couple of years. This makes it possible for me to have eight amps hooked up and ready to go at a flick of a switch. Testing different amps for different songs is now a breeze and really fun!

Can you guess if eight amps are warming up the room? YES! 😂

Did you know that according to Bob Rock there are eggs and rattling percussion on all tracks on Metallica’s Black Album? I have only heard them on Sad But True so far. Have you heard them?
