Uncle Khaled Nabhan, our Person of the Year 1445, has joined the ranks of the shuhadā’ (martyrs), inshāAllah, by being bombed by the enemies of Allah. 

We ask Allah that He reunites him in the bodies of green birds with his children, grandchildren, neighbours, relatives, and all the righteous souls blessed with shahāda (martyrdom).

No one in Paradise will wish to leave it — except for the shahīd. The Prophet ﷺ said that the shahīd will wish that he were returned to this world, only to be martyred again and again, due to the delight and reward given to the shahīd. [Bukhari]

Allah make our beloved uncle such a person, along with all the hundreds of thousands of innocent victims of this bloodthirsty regime and its supporters.

The Palestinian resistance group Hamas has accused Israel of failing to conclude a ceasefire agreement. Hamas stated that Israel has introduced new conditions regarding withdrawal, a ceasefire, & prisoners. These new conditions have delayed reaching an agreement that was previously within reach.

28 Rohingya organisations issued a joint statement calling for justice and inclusive governance in Rakhine State. The statement identified the Myanmar military as “our common enemy.” They called on the rebel Arakan Army to uphold and respect the rights of the Rohingya.

Pope Francis has condemned the recent Israeli airstrikes on Gaza. “Yesterday, children were bombed. This is not war. This is cruelty. I want to say this because it touches my heart,” he told members of the Roman Curia.

Gaza’s Civil Defence reported that Israeli forces are leaving Palestinian bodies in the streets, where stray dogs feed on them, which is a clear violation of international law.
