أما بعد:
فقد تحدينا قسوة الظروف و عزمنا على الوصول رغم إستحالة الحلول،
كنا بإستضافة أمهر القادة من المدربين والمؤثرين في المجتمع، أخبرونا عن رحلاتهم و كيف إجتازوا الطرق المعبدة بالمشاق ليصلوا إلى ماهم عليه ..

ماهي أولى الخطوات اللازمة لتنفيذ المشاريع؟

قبل الخوض في تأسيس مشروعك لابد لك من نموذج مختصر لهذا المشروع وهو مايعرف بال"Business model أو نموذج العمل" والذي يمكنك من الوصول لأهم عناصر المشروع وكتابتها في صفحة واحدة.
وأيضاً لا يخفى عليك أهمية دراسة فكرة المشروع وإمكانية تطبيقه وإحتمالية نجاحه وإلقاء نظرة على كافة الجوانب الإدارية للمشروع (ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﻴﺔ – ﺗﺴﻮﻳﻘﻴﺔ – ﻓﻨﻴﺔ– ﻣﺎﻟﻴﺔ)
وهذا مايسمى ب "Feasibility study أو دراسة الجدوى".
