Over the weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to witness the first-ever graduation ceremony for blind and visually impaired individuals in the Solomon Islands. These graduates completed computer and Braille classes in Honiara. As a volunteer for the program, it was a joyous moment to see the students receive their certificates after four months of dedicated training in computer skills. I believe this is just the beginning of something greater for many, paving the way for more educational opportunities for people with disabilities in the near future.

Good morning, everyone!

We’re excited to share that both our club and the Interact club KG will have a stall at DC Park during the Carols in the Island this coming Saturday! We’ll be serving some delicious food and refreshing cold drinks. If you’re out with family and friends enjoying the festivities, please stop by our stall. Your support would mean a lot, as the funds raised will go towards the renovation of Su'u Library, one of our major project which is set to commence next year.

You can find our stall right at the back, just opposite of the stage—a perfect spot to grab a quick bite while enjoying the music performances. We look forward to seeing you there!.
