سندھ طاس معاہدہ معطل کرنے کا مطلب کیا ہے؟ اس کا مطلب ہے کہ بھارت جو مسلسل ڈیم اور بیراج بنا کر پاکستان کی طرف آنے والے دریاؤں کا رخ موڑ رہا تھا اب ان میں پانی کو مکمل بند کردے گا، راوی ستلج اور بیاس میں پہلے ہی ریت اڑتی ہے۔۔۔۔چناب اور جہلم پر بھی اب بھارت بے تحاشہ ڈیم بناسکے گا اور ان میں بھی اب ریت ہی اڑے گی۔۔۔۔ یاد رہے کہ سندھ طاس معاہدہ 1965، 71، 99 یہاں تک 2019 میں بھی معطل نہیں ہوا تھا۔۔۔بھارت اس سے قبل صرف دھمکیاں ہی دیتا رہا ہے کہ وہ یہ معاہدہ معطل کردے گا لیکن یہ پہلی دفعہ ہوا کہ بھارت نے معاہدہ معطل کردیا ہے۔ اب پاکستان کا جواب کیا ہوگا اس پر تو قومی سلامتی کمیٹی کا اجلاس کل بلایا گیا ہے لیکن ایک بات یاد رہے کہ سندھ طاس معاہدہ معطل کرنے کا مطلب جنگ مسلط کرنا ہے۔ پانی کے بغیر پاکستان میں زراعت کا تصور نہیں ہے۔ اب یہ پانی پر جنگ کی باتیں ہورہی ہیں۔

بھارت کی گائے کے گوبر کی عالمی سطح پر مانگ تیزی سے بڑھ رہی ہے، خاص طور پر عرب ممالک جیسے کہ کویت، سعودی عرب اور متحدہ عرب امارات، بڑی مقدار میں بھارت سے گائے کا گوبر اور گائے کا پیشاب درآمد کر رہے ہیں۔

مالی سال 2023-24 میں بھارت نے تقریباً 400 کروڑ روپے کا گائے کے گوبر اور اس سے بنی مصنوعات کا برآمد کیا۔

برآمدات کی تفصیل:
- تازہ گائے کا گوبر: 125 کروڑ روپے
- گوبر پر مبنی کھاد: 173.57 کروڑ روپے
- کمپوسٹ (نامیاتی کھاد): 288.02 کروڑ روپے

یہ مانگ اس وجہ سے بڑھی ہے کہ خلیجی ممالک میں ایک اہم زرعی دریافت ہوئی ہے — پاؤڈر کی شکل میں گائے کا گوبر کھجور کے درختوں کی پیداوار کو بہت بڑھا دیتا ہے۔ حال ہی میں صرف کویت نے بھارت سے 192 میٹرک ٹن گائے کا گوبر درآمد کیا۔

بھارت روزانہ تقریباً 3 کروڑ ٹن گائے کا گوبر پیدا کرتا ہے، اس لیے وہ اس بڑھتی ہوئی مانگ کو آسانی سے پورا کر سکتا ہے۔ فی الحال گوبر کی قیمت 30 سے 50 روپے فی کلو کے درمیان ہے، جو مستقبل میں مزید بڑھنے کا امکان ہے۔

یہ رجحان نہ صرف اقتصادی طور پر فائدہ مند ہے بلکہ یہ بھارت کی زرعی برآمدات کو ایک نئی سمت دیتا ہے — دیہات میں روزگار کے نئے مواقع پیدا کر رہا ہے، کسانوں کو آمدنی کے نئے ذرائع فراہم کر رہا ہے، اور دنیا بھر میں نامیاتی کھیتی باڑی کو فروغ دے رہا ہے۔

‏یہ دو مساجد کے اعلانات ہیں، ایک جو ہر مساجد میں لکھا نظر آتا ہے جبکہ اوپر والا پیغام مسجد الرحمتہ العالمین کے باہر لگا ہوا ہے۔۔۔ اسلام آباد کی اس مسجد کا نظام لوگوں کی زندگیاں بدل رہا ہے۔۔۔ گزشتہ جمعہ معلوم ہوا کہ اس مسجد میں اب بک بینک بھی بنا دی گئی، جہاں مستحق اور یتیم بچوں کے لیے کورس کی کی کتابیں فراہم کی جائیں گی۔۔۔ نوجوانوں کو چاہئے کہ اپنے محلے کی مساجد کے نظام کو بدلیں اور مسجد الرحمتہ العالمین کے نظام کو اپنائیں تاکہ آپ اپنا معاشرہ کو تعمیر کرسکیں جو اسلام میں مسجد کا بنیادی کردار ہے۔
مسجد کو مسلمانوں کے دکھ سکھ کا مرکز ہونا چاہئے اور صرف دینی معاملات ہی نہیں بلکہ دنیاوی معاملات بھی مسجد میں بیٹھ کر مشاورت سے نبٹائے جائیں۔ جس طرح دور نبوی میں ہوتا تھا تو معاشرتی بہت بہتر ہوجائے۔

RIYADH — The amount of 15 percent value added tax (VAT) paid by tourists while purchasing goods and services in Saudi Arabia will be refunded to them upon their departure. The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has made the necessary amendments in the VAT Regulation in this regard. The new VAT exemption came into effect on Friday, April 18.

The authority stated that the amendment stipulates that the rate of VAT will be zero percent on eligible goods and services provided by a service provider to tourists and the imposed VAT amount shall be refunded to the tourists by the service provider at the time of their departure from the Kingdom. According to the amendment, the authority is tasked to authorize one or more approved service providers to provide tax refund facilitation services to tourists.

The ZATCA emphasized that the approved service provider is jointly responsible with the tourist for paying back any amounts proven to have been refunded in violation of the procedures and provisions related to refunds or decisions issued by the authority regarding tax refunds for tourists. Tourists from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries will be treated as tourists from outside the GCC in this respect until the implementation of the Electronic Service Law.

The ZATCA authorized its governor to issue the necessary requirements for tax refunds to tourists. These requirements include the requirements and stages of implementing the tax refund mechanism for tourists, additional conditions for considering a natural person as a tourist, goods eligible for refund, requirements for the minimum value of goods eligible for refund, requirements for considering a taxable supplier as an approved supplier, and requirements for submitting refund applications.
In another context, the amendments to the VAT Regulation confirmed that if a taxable person transfers an economic activity to another, the transferee must notify the ZATCA within 30 days of the transfer date, except if the transferor has deregistered.

The authority stipulated that a taxable person whose registration has been deregistered must retain the required invoices, notices, books, and records. The deregistration of a taxable person does not prejudice their obligation to pay any dues to the authority that precede the date of deregistration.

The authority clarified in the amendments to the Regulation that if the transfer of an economic activity does not meet all the conditions, including notification to the authority of the transfer, and the goods and services that represent the transferred economic activity, shall be considered as a taxable item.

Only 2 people came to see him and listened to him and eventually accepted the challenge.
Today, both are billionaires: Dustin Moskovitz with over 12 billion USD and Eduardo Saverin with over 3.4 billion USD.
So when a friend tells you about a business opportunity, listen and keep an open mind, if you think you are not suitable for that idea, encourage them, do not laugh or criticize them.
Because the future ahead of you cannot predict exactly.
