Hey, Its been quiet recently. Real quiet. The truth is ive been working alot and i dont have the time to be making episodes that afford you the para-social relationship you have always dreamt of that features me and my multiple big brained friends.

Me and my 4 good mates (In order of speaking) Gio, Yiani, Dylan Kontos and Nathan Richardson all participated in a 10 day silent S N Goenka retreat. We meet after a month of whence we returned. We speak individually of our experiences and what we learnt. It was safe to say that the experience was life changing and deeply insightful. If you do plan on going be warned it aint just a walk in the park. Your bound to see/experience some hectic s**t, but it will definitely be for the better in the long run. Eitherway, we hope you enjoy our little post vipassana meetup.
