Grilled Chicken Avocado Salad Bowl
Ingredients:
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
1 cup baby spinach
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup sweet corn (cooked)
1 hard-boiled egg, halved
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional dressing: Olive oil, lemon juice, or your favorite vinaigrette
Instructions:
1. Start by laying baby spinach at the bottom of your bowl.
2. Neatly arrange sliced grilled chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, sweet corn, and boiled egg on top.
3. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
4. Drizzle with dressing of choice and enjoy!
