It's Day 4 of construction and here is the progress so far..
Our Chapati Recipe:
4kg of flour
4 table spoons of sugar
3 table spoons of salt
4 table spoons of yeast
3 table spoons of baking powder
1 Liter of milk
5 eggs
After you add a little bit of warm water and oil so it doesn’t stick..

Here is a list of ingredients for our Donuts: (This makes 80 so you may want to size down..) Enjoy ❤️
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons of instant yeast
4 tablespoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of yellow food coloring (optional)
1 cup of sugar (mixed into 2 cups of hot water)
500ml milk
Oil you add at the end to help it not stick to the bowl
