In each of these cases, the track will sound differently, so mastering aims to preparing the track for playing in different conditions using a special mastering technique in each case. By mastering, density and fullness of sound appropriate to a particular music style, is provided to a well mixed track. Digital mastering consists of several stages. Many people think that if one wants good sound it is enough to pass initial files through finalizer or limiter and to more or less normalize the RMS level. If You need Your ideas to have really top-quality sound, mastering involves complicated and labor-intensive process from mixing-error correction up to preparing the disc for replication. Professional mastering is processed in a specially equipped studio with the use of high-quality controlling and monitoring equipment. Hereunder is the succession of mastering stages used in KML. MixMaster > DC-Offset Removal > Normalization > Denoising > StereoCorrection > Spectral Pre-correction > Lowcut Filtering > M/S-Encoding > Parametric EQing > Artistic EQing > Dynamic EQing > Top-End Limiting > Reverberation > Transient Modulation > Multiband Expansion > Multiband Compression > M/S-Decoding > Loudness Maximizing > Brickwall Limiting > Fade In/Out > Pause Determination > Pq-Editing > Dithering > 16bit Final Master
Probably, not all of these stages would be applied to a certain track; all depends on the initial data as each track is treated in an individual way. PRICES AND DISCOUNTS:
