A Nyelv- és Irodalomtudományi Közlemények a Román Akadémia kiadásában jelenik meg mint ennek a tudományterületnek egyetlen magyar nyelvű szaklapja. A folyóiratot 1957-ben alapították, szerkesztése a kolozsvári Nyelvtudományi Intézet, a későbbi Sextil Puşcariu Nyelvtudományi és Irodalomtör

téneti Intézet feladatkörébe tartozik. A folyóirat elsősorban nyelv- és irodalomtudományi közleményeket tartalmaz, de a magyarságtudomány más diszciplínái is teret kapnak benne, különösen a néprajz és a művelődéstörténet. A lap akadémiai típusának ismérvei: a szaktudományi és az esszéisztikus jelleg bizonyos fokú elkülönítése; a munkatársak szakterületük (nyelvészet, irodalomtudomány, esztétika, kritika) szerinti kiválasztása; eredeti kutatási eredményekre épülő közlemények közzététele. A folyóirat minden számában közlünk recenziókat és könyvismertetőket, tájékoztatjuk az olvasóközönséget a fontosabb szakmai rendezvényekről és hírekről. A folyóirat hazai szerzői a Nyelvtudományi és Irodalomtörténeti Intézet tudományos munkatársai, valamint a Babeş-Bolyai Tudományegyetem Bölcsészettudományi Karának oktatói, tudományos munkatársai, doktoranduszai, de rendszeresen közölnek benne más belföldi és külföldi munkatársak is. A román és angol nyelvű tartalomjegyzék, a tanulmányok román és angol nyelvű kivonatai, ill. kulcsszavai biztosítják a szélesebb körű hozzáférést a közölt tudományos tartalmakhoz. RO

Revista Nyelv- és Irodalomtudományi Közlemények (prescurtat: NyIrK) (în română: Studii şi Cercetări de Lingvistică şi Istorie Literară), fondată în 1957, apare sub egida Institutului de Lingvistică şi Istorie Literară „Sextil Puşcariu” al Academiei Române din Cluj-Napoca, publicată de Editura Academiei Române din Bucureşti, fiind singura revistă de specialitate în limba maghiară a Academiei Române. Revista conţine, în primul rând, studii din domeniul lingvisticii şi al literaturii, dar sunt prezente şi alte discipline ale științei maghiare, în special folclorul și istoria culturii. Criteriile pentru statutul academic al revistei sunt următoarele: separarea, în oarecare măsură, al caracterului teoretic de cel eseistic, selectarea colaboratorilor având în vedere statutul lor de cercetător, lingvist, istoric literar, critic literar etc. Publicarea studiilor este condiţionată de rezultatele cercetării originale. Autorii revistei sunt cercetători ai Institutului de Lingvistică și Literatură precum și membrii Departamentelor de Limbă maghiară, Literatură maghiară, Etnografie şi antropologie maghiară de la Universitatea Babeș-Bolyai. Printre colaboratorii revistei găsim, de asemenea, doctoranzi ai departamentelor enumerate, precum şi oameni de ştiinţă din străinătate. În ansamblu, revista reflectă preocupările actuale ale lingvisticii și a științei literare maghiare. Rezumatele în limba română şi în engleză, precum şi cuvintele-cheie publicate în aceste limbi, permit un acces mai larg la informarea ştiinţifică. EN

Nyelv- és Irodalomtudományi Közlemények (Journal of Linguistic and Literary Studies) is a scholarly journal published biannually by the Publishing House of the Romanian Academy (Bucharest) as its only Hungarian-language journal. The journal was founded in 1957 and is edited by the Linguistic Institute, later the „Sextil Puşcariu” Institute of Linguistics and Literary History in Cluj. The scope of the journal is mainly linguistic and literary, but it also welcomes articles in other disciplines of Hungarian science, especially ethnography and cultural history. The criteria for the scholarly type of this journal are: a certain distinction between technical and essayistic; the selection of contributors according to their field of expertise (linguistics, literature, aesthetics, criticism); submissions based on original research results. Every issue includes reviews and book presentations, and informs the scholarly community of the main local and regional scientific manifestations and news. The domestic authors of the journal are the researchers and academics of the Institute of Linguistics and Literary History, and of the Faculty of Letters of the Babeş-Bolyai University; contributions by international lecturers and researchers are regularly published. The journal is meant for researchers, students, and readers interested in current issues and developments in the Hungarian humanities science. The language of the contributions published in the journal is Hungarian. Tables of contents in Romanian and English, abstracts and keywords in Romanian and English provide larger access to the journal’s scientific content.
