Just wrapped up an exciting two-day event with over 50 partners from our agency network! We had the privilege of hosting a special guest from Google, Roman Balteanu (GMP Platforms Partner Manager, CEE), who brought valuable insights and support to this happening.

We had an incredible experience at Google Cloud Day, gaining valuable insights into how this powerful platform is transforming businesses as we speak. While Google Cloud is known for its sophisticated capabilities, it’s becoming more appealing for everyday usage, driving innovation across various industries.

As a company operating in the marketing sector, we have begun adopting Google Cloud to automate processes such as unified reporting, invoicing, and data analysis, saving hundreds of hours per month.

🥁 This year GPeC - The Most Important E-Commerce Event in CEE was, as always, packed with insightful speakers who provided practical, thought-provoking content, leaving the audience with valuable, actionable strategies.
💡 We especially appreciated Adam Pearce's presentation on the actionable CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies that eCommerce brands can implement immediately to increase sales. His [ Listen ▶ Analyse ▶Action ▶ Learn ] methodology offered a clear, results-driven approach that we can take back and implement for meaningful impact.

🖌 Today panels emphasized bold, creative strategies, encouraging brands to take risks and connect with audiences through vulnerability. Discussions highlighted the power of unconventional storytelling and community-driven content to build engagement.

✨ The media strategies discussions stressed the importance of planning for reach, which is becoming harder due to increased competition. Today at BRAND MINDS Martin Lindstrom highlighted the power of emotional connections in creating memorable brand experiences. He also emphasized the role of AI in personalizing marketing and optimizing business operations for greater efficiency.

Two ideas we reasoned with:

💡 H2H concept
Businesses should move beyond viewing people merely as buyers or corporate entities, and instead focus on building deep emotional connection: shift from traditional B2B and B2C models to a more human-centric (Human-to-Human) approach.
This H2H philosophy implies that companies need to be empathetic and personalize their interactions, offering solutions that truly address individual needs rather than generic, one-size-fits-all approaches.

💡 Predictive AI
Integrating predictive AI into customer service and marketing could transform reactive interactions into proactive, personalized solutions. When combined with neuromarketing insights, AI can be used to predict consumer behavior with unprecedented accuracy. By leveraging Google Cloud technology, we successfully backed up data from over 60 Google Analytics accounts, ensuring that our partners' historical analytics data is securely stored and readily available for future use.
Now, with our data secure, we integrated the data with Looker Studio for powerful visualizations and insights.

Transitioning away from the old Google Analytics platform could have been a daunting task. However, with the right use of Google Cloud tools, we not only met the challenge but also set up a robust system for ongoing data management and analysis.
