🥁 This year GPeC - The Most Important E-Commerce Event in CEE was, as always, packed with insightful speakers who provided practical, thought-provoking content, leaving the audience with valuable, actionable strategies.
💡 We especially appreciated Adam Pearce's presentation on the actionable CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies that eCommerce brands can implement immediately to increase sales. His [ Listen ▶ Analyse ▶Action ▶ Learn ] methodology offered a clear, results-driven approach that we can take back and implement for meaningful impact.

Today at BRAND MINDS Martin Lindstrom highlighted the power of emotional connections in creating memorable brand experiences. He also emphasized the role of AI in personalizing marketing and optimizing business operations for greater efficiency.

Two ideas we reasoned with:

💡 H2H concept
Businesses should move beyond viewing people merely as buyers or corporate entities, and instead focus on building deep emotional connection: shift from traditional B2B and B2C models to a more human-centric (Human-to-Human) approach.
This H2H philosophy implies that companies need to be empathetic and personalize their interactions, offering solutions that truly address individual needs rather than generic, one-size-fits-all approaches.

💡 Predictive AI
