INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE “PERSPECTIVES OF BUSINESS LAW IN THE THIRD MILLENNIUM”

The Society of Juridical and Administrative Sciences will invite to the 14th edition of the International Conference "PERSPECTIVES OF BUSINESS LAW IN THE THIRD MILLENNIUM" to be held on November 15, 2024, online on Zoom.
The Conference will have three sections:
I. Public Law
II. Private Law
III. European Union law. International law
THE THEMES OF CONFERENCE
The Conference is a platform of international legal debate that examines recent developments and prospects for development of business law. Within the framework of the Conference will be presented scientific papers in all areas of legal sciences, which will be scored according to their content in one of three sections.
The Conference opens its doors to authors from different countries, from the legal education space and from the practitioners of law, encouraging presentation both scientific papers of international interest covering comparative law, European Union law, international trade law, public international law, as and scientific papers to highlight the particularities of national law.
At the Conference may participate, both the people who want to submit a scientific paper, as well as the people who just want to hear the debate, without the submission of scientific papers.
The authors have the opportunity to submit a second scientific paper at the Conference paying an additional fee of 70 EUR.
PUBLICATIONS
The scientific papers accepted at the conference will be published in:
- in partner journals of the Conference indexed in WEB OF SCIENCE CLARIVATE ANALYTICS and in SCOPUS: Juridical Tribune - Review of Comparative and International Law, Cadernos de Dereito Actual, Lex Humana, Studia Iuridica Lublinensia, Access to Justice in Eastern Europe (AJEE), International Journal of Business Governance and Ethics, Acta Juridica Hungarica.
- in volumes edited by publishing houses with an international reputation in Social Sciences (Cambridge Scholars Publishing, Peter Lang International Academic Publishers, ADJURIS – International Academic Publisher) and indexed in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index - Clarivate Analytics (Thomson Reuters).
- in partner journals of the Conference indexed in international databases, recognized for juridical sciences (Ebsco, HeinOnline, CEEOL, ProQuest, ERIH Plus, WorldCat, KVK): International Investment Law Journal, Perspectives of Law and Public Administration, European Review of Public Law, Central and Eastern European Legal Studies, International Investment Law Journal.
DEADLINES
- November 7, 2024: submitting the registration form. The registration form can be completed either with title and abstract of scientific paper which will be submitted at the Conference or with the option to attend the debate, without the submission a scientific paper. For scientific papers in co-authorship, the registration of the co-author at conference is made in the same conditions as registration of the author. - November 11, 2024: confirmation of the scientific papers to be presented at the Conference.
- November 13, 2024: Conference participation fee.
